South African-Australian, Thandi Phoenix, is a versatile and innovative artist who consistently pushes the boundaries of her sound and self-expression. Rooted in Soul and RnB, she developed a deep love for dance music over the years, leading her to experiment and truly find her stride.
In 2018, Thandi burst onto the scene with “My Way,” an empowering dance anthem produced by Rudimental. This was followed by successful collaborations with SIGMA and Mell Hall. Her 2021 hit “Knock Knock” achieved the milestone of being the longest-reigning female-led #1 on the ARIA Club Chart.
Renowned for her high-energy live performances and magnetic stage presence, Thandi has captivated audiences across Australia, touring with artists such as Miguel, Rudimental, and Tinashe. She has performed at some of the country’s biggest festivals and venues, including Splendour In The Grass, WOMAD, and The Sydney Opera House, as well as major sporting events like the Commonwealth Games Closing Ceremony and the NRL Grand Final.
With numerous tracks added to full rotation and strong support from both Triple J and commercial radio in Australia, Thandi Phoenix is set to continue her ascent in 2025 with new music and a fresh global sound on the horizon.
